This App is a technology platform that enables users (“Posters”) to post tasks and other users (“Taskers”) to view and accept such tasks.
The App:
• Only facilitates connections between users
• Does not verify user identities
• Does not supervise tasks
• Does not hold or process payments
• Does not guarantee task completion, payment, or user behaviour
All interactions, agreements, and outcomes are solely between users.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using this App, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years or older
• You are legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Posters
Posters agree to:
• Post tasks that are lawful, ethical, and appropriate
• Choose safe, public, and well-lit locations
• Avoid requesting private, isolated, or unsafe meetings
• Not request illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities
3.2 Taskers
Taskers agree to:
• Accept tasks at their own discretion
• Assess personal safety before accepting or performing a task
• Avoid private or unsafe locations
• Not engage in illegal or harmful activities
4. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY
Users acknowledge that:
• Taskers are not employees, agents, or contractors of the App
• The App does not control how tasks are performed
• Any agreement formed is directly between Poster and Tasker
5. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Users understand and agree that:
• Interactions may involve inherent risks
• The App cannot guarantee the safety, conduct, or intent of any user
• Users assume full responsibility and risk for their participation
The App shall not be liable for:
• Physical harm, harassment, or threats
• Financial loss or non payment
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes
• Any indirect or consequential damages
6. PROHIBITED USES
You must not:
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Misrepresent your identity
• Collect or misuse personal data
• Attempt to bypass safety features
• Use the App for scams or coercion
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
7. ACTIVITY LOGGING & DATA RETENTION

• Location snapshots at key task events
• Device and app metadata
